Nikki Starr B-day Celebration

This was my first party since returning back from my month long vacation down south.  I was in a shock when I arrived at Universal Resort & saw that my regular security Swat was no longer there. I just knew I was going to have a problem & sure enough I did.  The new security is some nasty personal.  The female security tried to rough handle me but Mama Peach was NOT having it. I had to let her know that she is not a correctional officer & I am not a inmate at Riker's Island.  I then went on to explain to her being she doesn't carry a gun, talking trash & playing billy bad ass is NOT the way to go when dealing with parties especially dancehall parties.  I then went on to let her know do her research on how Swat had to humble themselves the hard way after being bottled one night.  Andre (the owner for Universal Resort) was outside & he saw the situation going on between us. It seemed like he wanted to say something but at the same time let security do their job.  However security can effectively do their job without having to be rude and disrespectful the patron.  Again I say, we are dancehall patrons not inmates.  They are security NOT correctional officers.  If you want respect then you better damn well give respect. After telling the chica that on inside the club I went. Now I was pleasantly surprised that by the time I walked into Nikki Starr party that it was damn near filled to capacity (YOU GO GIRL)!  I was proud to see that Nikki's second party was better then her first party which did good as well last year.  While walking to where I normally go to get my equipment together I was greeted with a lot of hellos, pinches, hugs & cheers since people hadn't seen me in a while. I stalled in taking pictures for a minute because I just wasn't in the mood to. It's like the love for taking pictures has gone out of me because you never know who are the wolves in sheep clothing & I'm soooooo tired of them.  It's like I wish Jesus would shine a red light around all the wolves so we could see them & then round their evil puts up and send them off to some isolated island where they could never return disturbing people spirits. LOL..LOL.. Back to the review, now as I said the party was filled with people.  I noticed it was quite a few Queens & Bronx people in the building which I thought was pretty cool.  But Nikki does have a different crowd of supporters but these supporters need to understand how dancehall works.  Every minute they were bickering about something but what really annoyed me was once set of friends actually annoying the crap out of Nikki (who was at the door collecting money as patrons came in) because they wanted to go downstairs and get some food.  Like REALLY PEOPLE you mean to tell me you were that hungry that you just had to cause a scene?!  Nikki PLEASE explain to your peeps that your event was profitable party NOT a house party. Other then what I just talked about the party was nice.  The selectors did a nice job & there was lots of dancing and laughing going on through out the entire party.  Nikki Starr is a sweetheart & I'm glad to see that a lot of people came out to support her.  If we had a lot more Nikki's in the dance it would truly be a FANTASTIC dancehall world.  With that said I hope you all enjoy the pictures.  To view more pictures of Nikki Starr dance log onto DancehallCelebrities.com & BestOfDancehall.com.  With that until the next party, walk safe everyone!
